In order to provide a first-class agency service in Norway, it is important for us to:
- Keep all parties updated at all times about the position of the vessel and the status of the cargo and/or vessel operations/prospects in the port.
- Maintain close communication with owners, shippers, receivers and relevant authorities.
- Make sure that all documentation for inward and outward clearance of the vessel is uploaded online into the Norwegian authorities’ ‘Safe-Sea net’ system in good time before the vessel’s arrival/departure.
- Contribute in the best possible way to all onshore operations to make sure that they are coordinated and to ensure a safe and cost-efficient operation in port, thereby making the vessel’s stay as short and safe as possible.
- Have the necessary know-how about where to source the most cost-effective solutions/products/provisions to optimise the vessel’s port call.
